First Integrated Solutions is an Australian based Computer Support & Supply business providing solutions incorporating Novell, Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco, and Nortel related products.  To remain up to date with the changes in the industry, this requires continual product training and support.

Services include System Diagnosis and Repairs, System Upgrades, Printer Repairs, Network Administration and Maintenance (WINDOWS NT, NOVELL), Wide Area Network design and implementation, as well as On-Site Service Contracts. 

We also act as independent project managers for a range of clients both nationally, and internationally regarding IT strategies to be applied to our client's expanding infrastructure.  This service requires special quotations and budgets to meet the client's expectations and tends to be an on-going service.  With our expanding customer base in this area, and the support from various specialists, this is more than just another value added consultancy service.

We can offer solutions ranging from the design and implementation of a simply joining two computers together in a simple network, to setting up high speed switching networks running secure proxy and mail servers on high speed internet with permanent connection to remote offices providing free telephone and fax calls between them.  This bypasses you local telephone exchanges for voice calls.

Our current rates per hour (Ex GST) are as follows with one day defined as an 8 hour day:

EMERGENCY SERVICE                    $250 
- 90 minutes On Site Response capped @ 6 hours per day.  
- Requires prior arrangement to set up account.

PREMIUM SERVICE                      $150 
- 4hour On Site Response.

STANDARD SERVICE                     $120 
- Same/Next Day Response.

WORKSHOP SERVICE                     $80 
- Later that week response.

LOYALTY SERVICE         special discounted rate 
- Same/Next Day Response capped @ 6 hours per day 
- Requires account action (sales or service) for previous 3 continuous months.

WARRANTY SERVICE                     $0 to end user
- Goods must be presented to our office within the goods warranty period.
- Goods must be presented with original packaging and copy of customer receipt.
- Manufacturer covers the cost of parts and labour under hardware failure.
- 90 day hardware warranty after repair completed.
- Freight is the responsibility of the end user.
- Goods found to have no hardware fault may be invoiced at the Workshop rates above.

TELEPHONE SUPPORT                    $2 per minute 
- first five minutes per incident @ no charge

NEEDS ANALYSIS INSPECTION           $120 per hour
- This service allow for a visual site inspection to allow for a systems solution to satisfy the customers short term, as well as long term requirements.  Whether this is simply for a network design, through to Wireless, Internet and Telecommunications integrated Wide Area Networks, we are able to design and deliver the hardware solution to your needs.  This service fee includes the on-site inspection, hardware sourcing and scheduling, and preparation of the suggested solution to meet your needs.  This service fee may be discounted from the final invoice based on one of the complete solutions provided.

OUTSIDE HOURS SERVICE               $150 
- Later that week response for weekend work or late hour jobs capped @ 6 hours.

WEB DEVELOPMENT                     $100 per hour
- Includes page design, graphic design, animations, to the incorporation of cgi scripting, active-x controls.  First Integrated Solutions can provide the web solution that best suits your individual requirements.  Original artwork to be supplied by client or images may be purchased through image library.
